How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot your password on the sign-in page. If an active account matches, a reset email is queued. The link expires after 30 minutes and can be used once. If it does not arrive, ask support to check the mail service.

Protected documents
Upload PDF, JPEG, PNG or plain text files in Documents. Files are stored outside the public web root. Share with a school member or assigned learner by email, revoke sharing, set an expiry date or upload a new version using the previous document ID.
Plans and add-on billing
Review the due-now amount and new recurring total before confirming a purchase. Confirming creates an invoice. Access begins after a verified payment or recorded bank payment. Plans cover 30 days. Add-ons are prorated to the end of the current plan period. No saved-card auto debit is performed.
Courses, lessons and assignments
Open Learning centre and create a course. Enrol assigned learners, add lessons and assignments, and review submitted answers with a score and feedback. Learners mark lessons complete and submit answers from their enrolled course.
Teacher grading settings
Open Grading settings in your teacher or tutor workspace. Choose the exam weight, pass mark and grade bands. Coursework receives the remaining weight. New results retain a snapshot of the selected scheme. Existing results are not recalculated when you change the scheme.
